Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

​FitForce London – Dance Fitness Classes, Fulham

Bookings and Payment

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance to secure a place.

Single classes cost £25. A block of 10 classes costs £200.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a class.

• Single-class bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

• Class blocks: For cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, the class will be returned to your remaining block balance.

• Late cancellations and non-attendance: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, or failure to attend, will result in the class being forfeited.

Refunds

Class payments are generally non-refundable. Eligible cancellations will receive class credit instead. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If FitForce London cancels a class, customers will be offered an alternative class, credit or a refund for the affected class.
